How much is the eviction fee?
$500 per person on the lease. Two people? $1,000. Only pay us if we win. No fee if we don't get the judgment.
Do I pay court costs?
Yes. Court costs are your responsibility. Our fee is contingent-we get paid only if the judgment comes through.
How long does it take?
Filing to judgment: 30-60 days. Constable removal: about a week after that. Make-ready: 5 days. Total: roughly 45-75 days.
What areas do you serve?
Harris County courts-Houston area. We handle the filings, court hearings, and post-judgment stuff with the constable.
Do you do both eviction and make-ready?
Yes. We handle the eviction, work with the constable for removal, then get the property cleaned up and ready. One team the whole way.
What about tenant belongings left in the unit?
The constable handles removal and storage per Texas law. We coordinate it all. It's part of the service.
